This challenge is not limited to only vegans but anyone interested in trying plant-based eating for 12 weeks alongside getting through some bad-ass training!!
The Challenge includes:
1. My “Fundamentals of Vegan Booty Building” Ebook, which contains:
-12 Week Glute and Leg focused gym-based training program that we will all follow together!
-Vegan Nutrition Guide with a meal plan template, and guidance to calculate your own macros as well as make healthy food choices according to your goals (You can choose to eat for growth or fat loss!) *You may also choose to not count macros for the duration of the challenge as well!
-Page of Bianca’s Booty Secrets
2. Private Vegan Booty Queens Facebook Group
-Daily Motivation from Bianca & fellow booty queens in the challenge
-Safe place to share progress, stories, etc. with fellow booty queens in the challenge
-Ask Bianca any questions
-Exclusive recipes and tips shared
3. Email Support with Bianca Taylor
-Ask any private questions/ support you need
